The below combines 2 seperate (but related) posts I have made in the past.
Both show my interest in yoga/meditation/sanskrit rituals.
WOuld like to find a female friend/partner to share and practice with.


Post number 1

This is a very real and sincere post
However, I also realize Craigslist is probably NOT the place to post this.

I have spend a lot of time living in India, nearly 20 years ago I was a monk living in an ashram there. I learned to do a few sanskrit pujas (rituals), and still do them occassionally.
I recently moved into a new place in Vancouver, and I like to saitify the place with these prayers/rituals. I hope to do many over the next couple of weeks.

I am seeking a female (Shakti) to match and unite energies of the prayer. I would be doing the ritual and would just want your presense and would work in your participation to the ritual (over time)
Ideally would be a yoga teacher, or dedicated yogini. Gayatri mantra makes up a lot of the rituals (2 different rituals I do), so having some experience with that would be great. Meditations after the rituals are also intended. However, one without experience but a sincere and honest interest would also be possible.

I do have one of these rituals (fire ceremony) on YouTube. After I trade a few emails and feel some degree of sincerity I would be happy to send you the link and you can see if this would be something for you.

Open to discuss ideas/thoughts about this.

And..............................would also be interested in exploring tantric rituals after some time and assuming we have a connnection> I will admit this is very unlikely, and also admit I only have minimal experience with this.

I have done some yoga and meditation over the years, but not so consistent lately. I have made several trips to India to do the Guru, meditation stuff.
I also have done yoga at several studios in the past. I am a teacher, and tend to do more yoga in the summer. However, the studios do not quite seem to be what I am looking for. My main interest with the yoga is to increast flexibility. I do some "yoga" on my own from time to time, but probably a more honest description is that I do 20-30 mins of stretching sometimes



Seeking Female friend/ yoga workout friend.
My hope is to develop a practice together and support each other with consistency. Maybe do yoga/stretch one night at my place, one night at your place and then a couple times a week on our own. Hope to support each other and deepen our practive (or develop a practice)
A yoga teacher or experience yogi would be wonderful. I feel confident in meditations and I do a sankrit ritual from time to time, I could share that.
Also pretty confident with weight lifting, I am at 24 hr fitness (Tech Center) consistently.

I do have a few yoga DVDs, but I really do not care for them. If we need we could follow along with one of the DVDs I have.
I have a nice yard to do yoga in, a deck to do yoga in, and a seperate yoga/meditation room. Take your pick from there, or at your place if you like.
I imagine a once at my place, once at your place, back and forth should this develop into ongoing practice.

Of course if this develops into a romantic relationship that would be great, but it does not have to go there. I would enjoy doing some partner stretching and poses, if we have the right connection.

I also am quite interested in doing some meditation. I have done a 10 day Vipassana retreat, but that was several years ago. I am wanting to get some consistency and depth to my meditations.
I also used to do some sanskrit rituals, I could share that if a female would be interested.

Hopefully you could be close to E Vancouver (near Mountain Veiw High School) My hope is that would we could do this a couple a times a week
